Team Tiddler are an outstanding team of dedicated teachers and aquatic helpers, all of whom are determined to help our swimmers succeed. The team deliver support and guidance, uniquely tailored to each individual. Take a look at the team below.
Helen
Brand Development Director
Affectionally known and Chief Tiddler, Helen started the business in a school swimming pool with 3 tiddlers, her passion and knowledge have made the brand what it is today.
Helen's focus is 100% the teaching side of the business. She leads the team of teachers and drives the business forward by continually developing the teaching syllabus and methodology. Helen is a bright, engaging, crazy individual and her dream has become our reality!

Nicky
Experience Director
Since the beginning, Nicky has been supporting Helen in the background. In summer 2018, Nicky joined the team full time.
Nicky's focus is everything out of the pool; Sales, Marketing & Branding. She leads the support side of the business and can often be found chatting to the families, especially the children!

Jo
Happiness Officer / Swim Teacher
Jo was a customer first, swimming with Tiddlers from 2016. In early 2018 she took the plunge and joined team tiddler! Jo successfully completed her level 3 diploma in aquatics (baby and pre school in 2022, and continues to encourage all our swimmers with her knowledge. 2020 saw Jo's move to Swim Coordinator; Jo now manages Tiddlers HR department and is part of the Leadership Team.
Joining us armed with a plethora of skills and experience, Jo makes a huge contribution to the business in and out of the pool; bringing with her a different perspective on things.
Favourite swim stroke: Breaststroke with a bad screw kick!

Favourite thing to do in my spare time: running, when I'm not watching my boys play football!!

Emma
Swim Teacher
Emma joined Happy Tiddlers in 2022, a bright, energetic and fun Baby Pre-School Teacher.
Emma's love of the water shines through as does her passion to help families learn to love water and gain confidence.
Favourite swim stoke: breaststroke and front crawl depending on how I'm feeling
Favourite song: very hard to choose just one! One of my favs is 'Stand by Me'
Favourite movie: Goodfellas /Scarface / Miami Vice / Lethal Weapon... To name a few!
Favourite things in my spare time: spending time with family or swimming (in the winter cold water swimming!)

Dawn
Swim Teacher
Dawn joined the STA Teacher Training in July 2022 where many of our swimmers took part in our STA Camp.
She brings with her a wealth of teaching knowledge in the water from earlier in her career and a bucket full of energy and fun!
We love having Dawn in our team!

Mollie
Swim Teacher
Mollie joined us in Jan 2021 as an Aquatic Helper, by July 2022 she had qualified as a Swim Teacher.
As a swimmer herself, Mollie knows exactly what she needs to do to help our tiddlers learn to gain confidence and skills in the water, she is a natural teacher who shines in the pool and has always been a delight to have in the team.

Olivia
Swim Teacher
Olivia joined in early 2023 as an Aquatic Helper. A keen swimmer with a huge amount of competitive experience, Olivia brings a wealth of knowledge and patience to the role, making her a fantastic support for our Teachers. In Summer 2023 Olivia successfully completed her Level 2 award in aquatics.
Olivia is never without a smile and is a key member of Team Tiddler.

Sam
Swim Teacher
Joining us in 2022, Sam is one of our awesome Aquatic Helpers! A hit with the children and teachers alike, Sam is fun and highly engaging in the pool. In Summer 2023 Sam successfully completed his Level 2 award in aquatics.
Sam is a superb member of the team and is as cheeky as his picture portrays!

Verity
Marketing Guru
Verity joined the team in November 2019 as a Customer Advisor, working in the support team and made a huge impact instantly.
It was always clear that Verity had more skills we could tap into so, in early 2022, she took on the role of Marketing Guru and now manages Happy Tiddlers Social Media activity.
As one of our customers first, Verity is always focused on our customers needs and how we can continue to improve what we do. Never without a smile, she is a real asset to the team.

Happiness Hero /Master of Coin
Laura joined in September 2022 as Happiness Hero Supervisor. She comes with a plethora of skills which are of huge benefit to Team Tiddler.
A smiley, engaging personality, Laura is on hand to support our customers both in person and via email.

Michelle joined the team in 2024.
With a wealth of experience working with adults and children, Michelle feels at home at Happy Tiddlers. Our resident problem solver.

Bex Joined the team in September 2023

Top Dog
Mr Humbug joined the team in 2018 when the pool centre opened.
He is a HUGE hit with all members and gets more attention than the office team!

Miss Bojingles
Foot Warming Specialist
A new arrival in December 2020, Miss Jingles joined Happy Tiddlers in the January of 2021, making a huge impact straight away.
She can be a bit barky when she wants to go out but otherwise she is a loveable pooch who likes the attention of the tiddlers.
